Michael was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri, where he currently resides with his wife and young daughter. He enjoyed his internship with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission during law school, where he investigated claims, and wrote numerous briefs and pleadings to be filed on behalf of claimants. He was an associate at a general practice firm in St. Charles, Missouri, then in charge of the St. Louis office of a Norfolk, Virginia-based corporation focusing on debt collection cases, and finally as a solo practitioner. Mike joined the Gusdorf Law Firm with significant experience in handling dockets and deep knowledge of the FDCPA.
Michael is admitted to the Missouri bar.
Michael received his J.D, with a Certificate of Specialization in Employment Law, from St. Louis University Law School in 2002. Michael has a B.A. degree in Political Science and Public Management from Lindenwood University in St. Louis.
Michael has a diverse practice experience, including family law, estate planning, probate, criminal defense, unemployment appeals, Creditor Rights and Collection Law, and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act defense.
