Randy was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He is married and has five children. His first law job was with a litigation firm handling personal injury matters, and that is where he learned how to handle complex litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trials. He then decided his passion was fighting for people and companies who were left unpaid despite providing goods or services. Randy went to work for a firm handling cases for creditors, before starting his own firm focusing on Creditor’s Rights in 1990. Since 2002, Randy oversees all daily firm operations of the Gusdorf Law Firm, LLC.
